Vacant land is harder to fully understand than people expect, even once you're under contract. Zoning, wells, septic capacity, wetlands, road access. It's all real, it's all public record, and across the country it runs to well over a million pages of by-law text, held by thousands of separate offices that have no reason to talk to each other. Once your offer is in, we pull together the best available mapping and records into one report, so you can work through your purchase conditions with an informed picture instead of a guess, before those conditions come due.

Deeper levels of review are available for parcels that need them, such as subdivision potential or more involved site work. Ask when you get in touch and we will tell you what the available mapping supports.
